Photo Session Request

This agreement is made between you (as listed above) hereinafter “You”, and Adrienne Maples Photography, INC., hereinafter “Us/We”.

1 ) Sessions (“Session”) are non-refundable. You may reschedule your Session once, provided you give us written notice at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling your Session for a second time will forfeit your Session. Please be punctual. We try our best to allow for some flexibility. However, if you arrive 10 minutes past your appointment, we will have to reschedule your Session ($50 fee applies).

2 ) Other cameras or video recorders are not allowed at the Session.

3 ) We maintain the right to reschedule the Session appointment due to inclement weather or personal emergency.

4 ) In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, loss, or theft of our equipment, we are not responsible for any images lost or stolen. In such an event, we will issue you a full refund.

5 ) Your proof CD of images will be ready approximately 3 weeks after your Session. Once you receive your CD, you may contact us with your print choices, which will be mailed separately.

6 ) Once you’ve placed an order for prints and products, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Due to the custom nature of our products, they are sold “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Once you place an order, it may not be modified or canceled. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of its receipt.

7 ) Creative privilege: As the artists, we use our artistic discretion to carefully select your final images, as well as the post-processing and retouching (including cropping in final prints and products). We only release raw, un-retouched images, as small proof disc to our preferred clients. These are capable of printing up to 5×7. Since these are not considered to be a finished product, additional retouching is billed separately or included when you order Fine Art Prints.

8 ) For details and pricing of our prints and products, please visit the INVESTMENT section of our website, or consult our Product Guide. If you have a question about a product, please ask prior to placing your order.

9 ) Prices are guaranteed for 30 days. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased. All orders are subject to KS State Sales Tax. All sales are final. By placing an order, you agree that you have fully read and understood all product descriptions as listed on our website and our Product Guide. Certain color and tonal variation occur with all products, and color may fade over time.

10) For valuable consideration, you grant us permission to use the images in any way, as means of promoting our business. We respect your privacy, and we never use real names in connection with any of the images. You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the images, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assignees of Adrienne Maples Photography, INC..
