If you have any questions, please contact our studio manager at [email protected]. This agreement is made between you (as listed above) hereinafter “You”, and Adrienne Maples Photography, INC., hereinafter “Us/We”. Also view our Terms & Conditions.

PORTRAITS

1 ) Sessions are non-refundable. You may reschedule once at no charge, provided you give us written notice 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling your Session for a second time will forfeit your Session.

Please be punctual. We try our best to allow for some flexibility. However, if you arrive 15 minutes past your appointment, we will have to reschedule your Session ($50 fee applies).

2 ) Other cameras or video recorders are not allowed unless agreed upon in advance.

3 ) We maintain the right to reschedule the Session appointment due to inclement weather or personal emergency.

4 ) In the unlikely event of a hardware failure, loss, or theft of our equipment, we are not responsible for any images lost or stolen. If such an event takes place within 90 days of your completed session, we will issue a full refund.

ORDERING &/or Requesting Files

5 ) Your images will be ready for viewing approximately 2 weeks after your Session. Once you receive your proofs, RESPOND with your file request within 10 days. Custom files included with your session MUST be requested within 30 days of completing your session or additional fees might be applicable.

PRINTS AND OTHER PRODUCTS

6 ) Once you’ve placed an order for prints and products, no refunds or exchanges are offered. Due to the custom nature of our products, they are sold “as-is” without warranty of any kind. Once you place an order, it may not be modified or canceled. If an item arrives damaged, you must notify us in writing within 48 hours of its receipt.

7 ) Creative privilege: As the artists, we use our artistic discretion to carefully select your final images, as well as the post-processing and retouching (including cropping in final prints and products). We only release raw, un-retouched images, as small proof disc to our preferred clients. These are capable of printing up to 5×7. Since these are not considered to be a finished product, additional retouching is billed separately or included when you order Fine Art Prints.

8 ) For details and pricing of our prints and products, please visit the INVESTMENT section of our website, or consult our Product Guide. If you have a question about a product, please ask prior to placing your order.

9 ) Prices are guaranteed for 30 days. No refunds, exchanges or credits are offered on any items purchased. All orders are subject to KS State Sales Tax.

All sales are final.

By placing an order, you agree that you have fully read and understood all product descriptions as listed on our website and our Product Guide. Certain color and tonal variation occur with all products, and color may fade over time.

10) For valuable consideration, you grant us permission to use the images in any way, as means of promoting our business. We respect your privacy, and we never use real names in connection with any of the images. You hereby release and discharge us from any and all claims and demands ensuing from or in connection with the use of the images, including any and all claims for libel and invasion of privacy. This authorization and release shall inure to the benefit of the legal representatives, licensees and assignees of Adrienne Maples Photography, INC..

LIABILITY WAIVER

You release Adrienne Maples Photography, INC. and its employees from all claims, damages, and liabilities that may result from accidents or incidents that occur during the Session.

COPYRIGHT

We retain our own, sole and exclusive copyright to all images (including those sold as digital files). Your use of these images is limited to personal, non-commercial purposes, and you may not sell or assign these images to a third party.

She's an AI enthusiast, passionate about teaching others how to use technology responsibly for the greater good. Known for her 'spunk & pizazz', she directs from behind her camera, finding impromptu designing to transform mediocrity into the extraordinary.

 

She a board member of AIGA and KCAC. As a committee member of KCDW, she organized the 2024 talks: The A.I. Asset, Creator as Curator.
